Pinterest Reading Nook Brought to Life

Every home has one — an empty corner or a transitional section that feels like an afterthought. For our latest project, we were tasked with converting a quiet nook into a sophisticated retreat for reading and relaxation.

To honor the home’s vintage architecture, we prioritised a "texture-first" approach. The design relies on the tactile tension between two premium materials:

The Soft: An Arm Chair upholstered in Alpaca by Home Fabrics, providing a plush, modern silhouette.

The Rugged: A custom Ottoman in Wild Horse Toffee by African Leather, adding a timeless, organic warmth that will only get better with age.
